Vibratory Polishing machine consists of a process bowl lined with polyurethane which is mounted on springs and on a base. The process chamber is most frequently circular with a centre plate on which the motor is mounted. The motor is fitted with top and bottom eccentric weight. When the motor is running the process chamber vibrates. In the vibratory deburring process, a container consisting of the work pieces and polishing media is subjected to a controlled gyratory vibration. The vibration causes the polishing media and work pieces to rub against each other, resulting in a polished look. Vibratory polishing is one of the most cost-effective finishing processes as it requires minimal or no labor.
